OHARCO currently has a position available in our Customer Service Department.
We are a 112 year old wholesale distributor of Interior Building Products/Floor covering and we are looking for the right person to add to our team. This is an inbound sales/service position. If you possess the ability to service an established inbound customer base, have a positive friendly attitude, are customer focused and like being part of a team… we want to hear from you. Previous Customer Service or Building Products experience preferred.
DUTIES INCLUDE (not limited to):
Product Knowledge
1) Ability to retain detailed information on various product line offerings
2) Understanding specific products available (stock and non-stock) by Vendor
3) Ability to recall corresponding SKU’s/codes, know how to look up product codes
4) Continuing training of products, managing/organizing updates.
Quote requests
1) Understanding of Level Specific Customer pricing. Check pricing in system.
2) Understand use of non-stock OHARCO pricing lists.
Stock Availability
1) Look up stock availability by warehouse.
2) Check if item is on order, availability dates.
Order Entry
1) Knowledge of acronyms needed to maneuver the system
2) Entering Customer orders
· Stock Orders &/or Direct orders
· Warehouse Transfers & Sourced PO’s
· Process payment by credit card when needed
· Return Authorizations
