Name: Bonnie
Position: Customer Service Representative
Years: 5
Personal Data: Bonnie is clearly our most colorful Customer Service Representative. A self-proclaimed “purple freak”, she is often seen driving her purple convertible or touring down the road on her Harley. A cheerful voice on the phone and the official “OHARCO greeter”, Bonnie has served in customers for 5 years. Our only word of caution with Bonnie—don’t leave your keys lying around, she’s apt to hide them. Just ask Karen M.!

Name: Karen H
Position: Customer Service Representative
Years: 10
Karen H is probably the best “traveled” of our Customer Service Reps…she has physically worked at all 3 OHARCO locations. One of the “grandma’s” of the group, Karen loves it when her family comes to visit. (In fact she’s such a good grandma she’s recently been promoted to the rank of ‘great grandma’). In her spare time she can be found in a comfortable chair with a good book. And, oh yes, if you happen to walk by her desk and she’s talking with herself, be guaranteed of one thing…she is always right.

Name: Karen M
Position: Customer Service Representative
Years: 23
Karen M: Karen is known around the office as “Ms. Fix IT”. Due to her 23+ years of experience, Karen is the “go to” gal for answers to questions ranging from the right way to write an order to how to pay for expensive repairs on the company truck. This summer Karen will be taking an extended trip—and that’s no bull (at least not for her!) She’s traveling to Spain so her husband can “run with the bulls” in Pamplona. Karen is our other OHARCO grandma (soon to be promoted to the rank of ‘great grandma’)—she has 8 grandchildren, 1 grandchild on the way and 1 great-grandchild on the way.

Name: Dee
Position: Customer Service Manager
Years: 2
Officially at OHARCO Dee serves as the Customer Service Manager but she reportedly also takes on the unofficial role as Quality Assurance Manager—it is rumored that Dee has tested many of the computer and paperwork systems here at OHARCO ensuring the proper repair process is in place. An avid boater, fisher, and camper Dee also is a collector. In fact, during the holidays, she’s been known to supply OHARCO with decorations—as she puts it “her ridiculous collection of Santas.” Next time you stop by the Customer Service Area be sure to have Dee introduce you to Joe Watt.

Name: Linda
Position: Customer Service Representative
Years: 10
Personal Data: Linda is a woman who wears many hats at OHARCO. In addition to her role as a customer service representative, she also is a purchasing assistant and handles ordering all of the sample materials. Linda is a detailed and dedicated individual both in her personal and professional life. In fact she has gone through an extraordinary transformation over the last 3 years loosing over 200 pounds. Linda is also the woman with the right word around here…she loves doing crossword puzzles in her spare time.

Mike Fear
Position:  Building Products Territory Manager for Eastern Iowa, Western Illinois
Years:  3
Personal Data:  Mike may be a new Territory Manager, but have no fear (yes, pun intended)…he is well acquainted with OHARCO and our product lines.  Previously Mike was the Warehouse Manager and in-house guru at the OHARCO Moline location.  In his spare time, Mike is an avid stock car and auto racing fan.   Also, you know Spring has officially arrived when Mike and his wife are seen on weekends taking impromptu road trips in their convertible. 

Tim Delger
Position:  Building Products Territory Manager for Central Iowa
Years: 12-1/2
Personal Data:  This year marks the start of Tim’s teen-years at OHARCO.  (He’s about to begin his 13th year of employment.)  Tim is a lifelong Iowan who knows the ins and outs of building products and the business.   An avid college basketball and football sports fan (can you say Hawkeyes), Tim is learning the finer points of the games and getting into shape with his newly acquired personal trainer…his grandson.  Chasing a 3 year old is a superb “stay fit” program.

Joe Foral
Position:  Building Products Territory Manager for North East Nebraska and North West Iowa
Years:  15 + 1
Personal Data:  Joe qualifies as the Territory Manager with the most titles here at OHARCO including “old-timer”, “newbie” and “coach”.  He earned the titles of “old-timer” and “newbie” due to his 15 previous years with OHARCO, short break and then his return over a year ago.  Joe’s title as “coach” comes both from his personal and professional interests…around here, Joe is one of the “go-to” guys who can offer detailed information about products; and in his personal life has coached his son’s basketball and baseball teams.  When he has spare time Joe watches a lot of high school and college sporting events and spends time with his family. 

Mike Overfelt
Position: Operations Manager and Building Products Territory Manager for South West Nebraska and South East Iowa
Years:  14
Personal Data:  This is no “fish tale”, Mike has a broad range of experience with OHARCO.  He has been in purchasing, customer service, operations, warehouse management and Outside Sales.  As one of the OHARCO owners, Mike has been instrumental in helping OHARCO expand product lines and business strategies.  In his spare time, Mike tries to keep up with his two boys (ages 12 and 6).  He loves to fish, hunt, go to concerts and watch sporting events. Mike is a lifelong Husker Football, Creighton Basketball and (most important to Mike) a Waylon Jennings fan. 

Jim Pfeifer
Position:  Building Products and Commercial Flooring Territory Manager for Central and Western Nebraska
Years:  22
Personal Data:  Jim is the man in the know.  He is our Territory Manager that has expertise on both the Interior Building Products and commercial flooring sides of the business.   Jim is detail oriented—and it shows both in his personal and professional life.  There always seems to be home improvement or landscaping project on Jim’s agenda—and these projects are completed on-time and to precise standards.  When not working on projects, Jim loves to camp and spend time with his 9 grandchildren. 

Lori VanCleave
Position:  Specification Representative for Nebraska and Commercial Flooring Territory Manager for Eastern Nebraska
Years:  5
Personal Data:  Lori is one of those people…you know the type that has an amazing ability to combine innovative design with effective function.  Comfortable with Designers, Architects, Flooring Contractors and Specifiers, Lori is a great resource for everything from the latest styles and trends, to the best maintenance products to use when cleaning your floor.   Additionally, Lori is a busy mom who loves to run (she recently completed her first ½ marathon) and loves to scrapbook as a creative outlet. 

Mike M
Position:  Specification Representative and Commercial Flooring Territory Manager for Iowa
Years:  7
Personal Data:  Mike is a man with a story to tell.  His attention to detail and ability to relate an experience to the current situation is extraordinary.  This is what makes Mike a great resource for Architects, Designers, Flooring Contractors and Specifiers…he recalls details and provides an extra piece of information that makes a big difference when project planners.  He spends much of his free time in rural Iowa traveling with friends and family.  Also, if you need a good recommendation for a restaurant…Mike’s your man.  He loves to find great restaurants, plus you’ll get to hear a story about the owner, the house specialty or the products used to create the restaurant’s ambiance.
